That’s right. You don’t pay us anything until we produce results for you. At Market South Management, we don’t collect management service fees until a renter is moved in and rent is collected. We do all of the heavy lifting—market your home, schedule showings, screen applicants, draft the lease, and facilitate tenant move-in – all before being paid a dime.
Resident Retention Guarantee
We pride ourselves in finding long term renters for your property and believe that you should not have to pay to rent your property twice in one year. Unless a tenant is relocated due to military orders, we will replace a tenant that breaks their lease within their first year for free.
Pet Damage Guarantee
For any pet that Market South approves, we offer a pet damage guarantee of $2,500.00! If there is damage caused by a pet, that exceeds the security deposit, we will cover that damage up to $2,500.00
Insured Tenant Guarantee
We guarantee that every tenant we place is covered by $100,000 in liability insurance. We are able to guarantee this because we provide the coverage ourselves in the event tenants do not provide a declaration of personal insurance. No more worrying about uninsured tenants!
